The goal is the goal, and I approach the solution without detours. My straightforward approach is fast, and yet pausing is very important to me. To ask questions, to listen and, above all, to reflect.

My analytical mind, quick perception, creative thinking, structured way of working, strong autodidactic skills, confident handling of critical situations - and my many years of experience - all help me to achieve this.

It's not about more choices, but better ones. Not simply expanding the options, but refining, selecting and carefully designing them.

With these personal strengths, I have been successfully advising companies in the automotive, telecommunications and IT sectors for more than 20 years. And I would be happy to advise you too.

Build and renew

Getting started: Would you like to develop a holistic digital communication strategy (mobile, social media, web) or a partial strategy (e.g. social media only)? Do you want to rethink your company's marketing mix or rethink it from scratch? When initiating new marketing measures and continuing successful activities, you benefit from my comprehensive knowledge of the market and my creativity. Always with your defined goals in mind.

Project management: Whether in a leading role or as experienced support for teams and project managers - I can also bring my experience to your company in setting up workable project structures, planning, management and controlling in major international projects.

My coordinates: Agile project management, sound knowledge of business process management (BPM) and proven experience in customer and team management, project planning, implementation and monitoring as well as budgeting.

Schools

Passing on knowledge: knowledge transfer is an investment in your employees and therefore ultimately in yourself and your company. My workshops and training courses provide guidance on "knowing for yourself", are designed to empower others and promote independence. I am also happy to pass on my knowledge as an entrepreneur.

My program: workshops on current marketing topics, further training for internal teams or project groups on specific trend or digital topics.

Evaluate

A trained eye: What can still be improved? I ask this question in order to evaluate projects, processes and organizational units for you. And I also put my project work to the test - through methodical and systematic quality assurance during and after the project, through a "lessons learned" manoeuvre afterwards and the documentation of the project, processes can be quickly adapted and optimized.

My tools: survey, observation, monitoring, test, questionnaire and analysis.

Experience

Large and small: I don't discriminate, which is why my customers include small and large companies from a wide range of sectors. The right mix to be prepared for all requirements.
